En tant qu&rsquo;urologue, j&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 ses effets <strong>directs sur le syst\u00e8me nerveux parasympathique<\/strong>, celui qui r\u00e9gule nos fonctions de repos et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Une s\u00e9ance de respiration lente &#8211; comprenant des inspirations de 4 secondes suivies d&rsquo;expirations de 6 secondes &#8211; produit des changements mesurables dans notre organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Je me souviens pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de ma premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience approfondie avec cette technique. Apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement charg\u00e9e en consultations, j&rsquo;ai pratiqu\u00e9 20 minutes de respiration lente.
