Ces nuits d&rsquo;\u00e9veil forc\u00e9 m&rsquo;ont paradoxalement ouvert les yeux sur un aspect crucial de ma propre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Le message cach\u00e9 derri\u00e8re mes nuits blanches<\/h2>\n<p>Les insomnies chroniques sont rarement des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes isol\u00e9s. Dans mon cas, elles signalaient un <strong>d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal significatif<\/strong> qui affectait plusieurs aspects de ma sant\u00e9. L&rsquo;insomnie repr\u00e9sente un signal d&rsquo;alarme particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9loquent concernant l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre hormonal.
